Good Times of 1996 and 1997 (((I suspect Chico Police could not catch the flue in a flue pandemic...)))
[2003-Dec-23] (Chico, Ca) Chico Police Parking division issues me a "NOTICE OF UNATTENDED VEHICLE" official note without bothering to
knock on my Motor Home door to even see
if it is indeed unoccupied, I was inside studying when I heard a small truck pull up and park
behind my Motor Home, leaving its engine idling, I saw that it
was a Chico Police truck and went out to meet the driver, I met the officer as she was already driving away from my vehicle
after placing the official note on my windshield, I wanted to give the incorrectly filled out
official note back to her since my vehicle was clearly not "UNATTENDED" and I was parking on
MORROW lane and not 3880 BENNETAR as written, she did not want to take back the form... I did
not argue... Unattended Vehicle Notice From Chico PD(side 1), Unattended Vehicle Notice From Chico PD(side 2),
[2003-Dec-24] (Chico, Ca) CHP targets my Motor Home
for registration violation (4000a CVC) and issues an unwarranted fix-it ticket to register my Motor Home in
CA when I am not even a California resident, I have valid and current registration from Texas of which state I am resident of in 2003.
I disenroll from CSU Chico where I was going to Graduate School as an "out of state student" and I drove my Motor Home to Arizona where I may continue as a graduate student.
[2005-Dec-24] (Chico, Ca) Chico Police question me in Safeway on Mangrove telling me I am a suspect in a bank robbery...
they take greater interest in my expired Texas drivers license than in my newly issued California ID card... they also take a
digital photo of me and want to know if I have any tatoos... [right about this time this homeless man living at the
shelter on Silver Dollar way (assaults me in 2007) is attempting to shower at the same time that I shower, causing
homophobe concerns on my part... he cotinnues to stalk me, moving to places I move, wanted to be my "roomate" at Cleveland St. VA house
and at 125 Rio Lindo St. VA house, ect...]

[2007-Agu-30] (Chico, Ca) Chico Police identify and release the man who assaulted me on 19-aug-2007, I was pressing
charges for the assault and the man was let go without arrest (more)...
